TP and Other Essentials

TP is in short supply because....idiots.

But when it comes to other essential things, very few are more essential than food. TP is essential to people who have not come to grips with what might happen if actual essentials, like food, stop being produced in sufficient quantity because the economy is shut down.

Pretty obvious stuff, you say. Yes. This site is all about fundamental things so let's explore why people are losing sight of this obvious stuff now that the virus panic is in full swing with our political "leaders."

I'm unqualified to understand everything going on much less explain it. But I am qualified to post a video of today's interview of Thomas Massie, a congressman from Kentucky, by Matt Kibbe. The questions it raises about the current virus and accompanying shutdown of the economy are fundamental.

I watched this live at 3:00 PM today, but you can watch it at your leisure. One thing for certain, if you are like me right now, you have the leisure time.

I suggest everyone watch it in its entirety and share it widely if possible. It may cause us to rethink some of the things we are watching unfold. At least I hope so.
